Futureal sells Budapest office building
HUNGARY CEE developer Futureal has sold a Vision Towers office building in Budapest, which accommodates KPMG’s Hungarian headquarters, to Erste Real Estate Fund. The 11,125 sqm North building makes the first stage of the Vision Towers complex.

Bufab in Panattoni Park Gdańsk
POLAND Sweden-based trading company Bufab has leased 1,700 sqm of warehousing and 400 sqm of office space at Panattoni Park Gdańsk, the 42,000 sqm logistics park that is currently being extended in Gdańsk.
Demand for Russian offices to shrink 40 pct?
RUSSIA In 2014, demand for office space in Moscow might decline by as much as 25 to 40 pct, compared to 2013, says CBRE in its latest study. In a result, the vacancy rate might climb up to 16 pct by the end of the year, the analysts say.

Vodny mall opens in Moscow
RUSSIA The Vodny shopping centre has unofficially welcomed its first vistors, while its official opening is scheduled to take place in October. On the first day of operations (September 18th) the centre was visited by 15,000 people.

CCC enlarges and refurbishes stores
POLAND Polish footwear retailer CCC has extended its store in the Focus Mall shopping centre in Piotrków Trybunalski by 577 sqm, to nearly 1,000 sqm. The move comes as part of the company's country-wide refurbishment program.

Prologis develops 31,000 sqm facility at Park Prague Airport
CZECH REPUBLIC Prologis has signed a lease agreement with the Czech personal protective equipment company Červa for a 31,190 sqm build-to-suit (BTS) development at its Park Prague Airport logistics centre.
Segro buys EUR 43 mln logistics portfolio
EUROPE UK-based Segro has acquired a 68,800 sqm logistics portfolio, worth EUR 42.9 mln, from Standard Life Investments European Property Growth Fund through European Logistics Partnership (SELP), its 50/50 joint venture with Canadian pension fund Public Sector Pension Investment Board. The premises are located in the Czech Republic, France and Germany.

Warszawa Główna concepts short-listed
POLAND Polish State Railways (PKP) has pre-selected five developers to submit their development concepts for the 10 ha area surrounding Warsaw’s central rail station, Warszawa Główna. The companies include ECE Projekmanagement Polska, Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne, a consortium of HB Reavis and Polcom Investment XIII, Karam Enterprise (the Immofinanz group) and Neinver Polska.
HM Inwest issues shares to speed up
POLAND Polish residential developer HM Inwest plans on issuing PLN 9.5 mln shares. The money raised would help the company with purchasing 3-4 plots for new residential projects in Warsaw and Katowice.

IKEA to invest EUR 2 bln in Russian malls
RUSSIA IKEA Shopping Centres Russia is set to develop Mega Mytischi, a 215,000 sqm shopping mall in north east suburbs of Moscow. Scheduled to open in early 2018, the project is estimated at EUR 260 mln. The development comes as part of IKEA’s new, 2 EUR bln investment strategy for Russian market.

POLAND Polish car parts importer JDL has leased 900 sqm of warehousing and 100 sqm of office space at Segro Business Park Warsaw in Żerań.
Murapol buys in Katowice
POLAND Bielsko-based developer Murapol is purchasing a land plot in Katowice. The company has signed a preliminary contract for buying a 1.77-ha parcel on ul. Bażantów in Katowice with a net worth of PLN 5 mln.
