POLAND Polish development company Swój Dom has started the construction work on the Morena residential estate in Mosina near Poznań. Comprised of four buildings, each housing 16 apartments, the complex will be erected on ul. Jana Cybisa.
POLAND Polish construction company Mirbud has signed an over PLN 86 mln contract with Kaufland to construct the German retailer’s Polish headquarters in Wrocław.

POLAND Ronson Development has started the construction work on the two-stage Moko residential estate in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The developer, which already received a legally-binding building permit, has signed a PLN 84.4 contract with the project's general contractor, Hochtief Polska.

POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has laid the cornerstone for its Domaniewska Office Hub complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Scheduled to open at the end of Q2 2015 or in early Q3 2015, the two-building complex will offer app. 27,000 sqm of leasable office space.

CZECH REPUBLIC HB Reavis has received building permit for its Aupark shopping centre in Hradec Králové. Construction work, scheduled to start in October, are set to be completed by the end of 2016.
CEE REGION Warsaw-listed real estate investor Globe Trade Centre (GTC) is planning to issue 140 mln of new shares. The general meeting of shareholders, when the decision is set to be made, will take place on October 13th, 2014.

POLAND Polish footwear retailer CCC has leased a 640 store in the Serenada shopping centre, a Mayland Real Estate development that is set to be built in Kraków’s Olsza district.
POLAND Wrocław department store Renoma has acquired five new tenants. The newly-signed retailers include Hexeline, Marc Cain, Desiderio, Rage Age and World Box, which will jointly take up app. 500 sqm.

POLAND Brama Mazur, a shopping centre in Ełk developed by Master Management Group, has opened. The complex is comprised of two independent buildings: a shopping mall and Planet Cinema, which is set to open two weeks after the launch of the mall.

POLAND European developer Multi Corporation has been given building permission for its new, Gdańsk shopping centre, Forum Radunia. The construction work on the project, with a GLA of 62,000 sqm, is scheduled to start this autumn.

RUSSIA Russian cinema operator Mori Cinema has signed a lease deal to open a multi-screen, IMAX technology-enhanced cinema in Murmansk Mall, a 45,000 sqm shopping centre that is set to be launched in Murmansk in the first quarter of 2015. The shopping centre’s developer is Dorinda Invest, a company involved in managing the Russian hypermarket chain O’key.

POLAND Polish freight company NTA has leased 3,100 sqm of space in Goodman’s Pomeranian Logistics Centre (Pomorskie Centrum Logistyczne) in Gdańsk located next to the Deepwater Container Terminal sea cargo hub.

POLAND Infosys BPO Poland, a subsidiary of the Indian IT and BPO giant Infosys, has signed ten year lease deal for 21,000 sqm in Skanska’s Green Horizon office complex in Łódź.

POLAND It seems that Schneider Electric, the French electricity distribution and energy management company, lives up to its green logo and business interests. The company has recently moved its Warsaw headquarters to a new, energy-efficient 32,000 sqm office building, designed to make the best use of Schneider Electric’s building management solutions, where it will ultimately take up 6,500 sqm of space.
