Croatian authorities to move into Zagreb Tower
CROATIA Croatian Ministry of Environment has leased app. 9,400 sqm of office space and 100 parking spaces in Zagreb Tower, a 25,000 sqm office building in Croatia’s capital. As a result the building, in which CA Immo holds a 65 pct share, is now leased in nearly 100 pct.

German healthcare company fills Budapest warehouse
HUNGARY German medical and pharmaceutical company B.Braun Medical has leased 2,300 sqm of warehouse and 200 sqm of office space in the M5-Gyál Business Park logistics park located in the metropolitan area of Budapest.
Strabag to build EUR 40 mln bypass in northern Poland
POLAND Austrian construction company Strabag has won a EUR 40 mln (PLN 165 mln) consortium contract to build a 7.6 km bypass around the Polish city of Kościerzyna in northern part of the country, supported by its subsidiary, Heilit+Woerner.

Legendary Moscow department store to re-open this year

ROMANIA Romanian developer Prodplast Imobiliare has launched the construction work on its 25,000 sqm Bucharest shopping mall, Veranda. Located in the Obor district and anchored by Carrfour, the project will house over 100 stores.
Polish developers take out less loans
POLAND In the last year, the process of obtaining property bank financing in Poland has become more difficult for developers, while the activity of the cooperative banks in providing this kind of backing decreased. Meanwhile, the largest creditors’ market share improved, according to a study by the Polish Association of Development Companies (PZFD).

RUSSIA US-based hotel group Carlson Rezidor has opened a Radisson Blu-branded hotel at Moscow Sheremetyevo airport, which the company claims to be "the first and the only" international hotel directly connected to the airport.
