BIK announces new projects
POLAND Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) is planning to start the construction of two logistic parks and a shopping centre. The new facilities are to be located in the southern part of the country.

Wikana sells Piaseczno plot
POLAND Wikana Property, a subsidiary of Wikana, has signed PLN 4.3 mln preliminary sales agreement concerning a land plot located on ul. Żeromskiego in Piaseczno near Warsaw, where it intended to build the Osiedle Żeromskiego residential building. The buyer is Bud-Rim Development.

ABM Solid at two building sites
POLAND Tarnów-based company ABM Solid, which is currently in bankruptcy open to arrangements, has become a subcontractor on two construction projects: a nursery school in Bieruń Nowy in the Silesian Province as well as council buildings in Tarnowskie Góry.

Warsaw's Plac Vogla underway
POLAND Construction company Erbud has entered a Wilanów construction site where it is set to erect a 5,000 sqm convenience centre for Ghelamco. The construction work on the Plac Vogla project is planned to begin in March.

POLAND A subsidiary of the Black Lion fund has received a building permit for the Tetris residential building, which is set to be developed in Warsaw’s Kamionek area. The project will be yet another residential building of the Soho Factory complex located at ul. Mińska 25 in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district.
