Karuzela spins around in Lubliniec
POLAND Karuzela, a 5,400 sqm shopping centre in Lubliniec, has opened its doors. The retail park will house 13 outlets and a parking lot for 268 cars.

Carrefour fills Sonata Park
POLAND The newly-built Sonata Park retail park in Sochaczew has acquired new tenants. The investor, Carrefour Polska, has signed a contract with Smyk (542 sqm), Empik (351 sqm) and Drogeria Natura (184 sqm).
GoSport opens in Poznań’s Plaza
POLAND A 1,000 sqm GoSport store will open in the Plaza Poznań shopping centre. The outlet will be 26th Polish location of the French sports fashion and equipment retail chain.
2,800 sqm for TK Maxx
POLAND TJX Europe, the owner of the TK Maxx discount fashion chain, has leased 2,860 sqm of space in the extended part of the Bielany retail park in Wrocław, owned by Inter IKEA Centre Group Poland.
Austrian brick producer unsatisfied with CEE markets
Lately, Wienerberger, the world’s largest brick manufacturer, has seen its CEE businesses growing rather sluggishly, as it expects to earn EUR 100 mln by the end of 2016, including EUR 10 mln this year.
Romtelecom to sell off ten properties
ROMANIA Telecommunications provider Romtelecom has put up for sale its ten Romanian properties. Located in Bucharest and a few smaller cities, they were valued at EUR 3.6 mln net in total, according to the local news agency Mediafax.

Kajima to modernize P3 Mszczonów warehouse
POLAND PointPark Properties (P3) has started work on a complete build-to-suit “fit-out” of its 11,130 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse at PointPark Mszczonów near Warsaw to allow its tenant, FM Logistic, to store and distribute fresh food. The general contractor is Japanese construction company, Kajima Poland.

POLAND Avestus Real Estate, the company that is developing the Enterprise Park business complex in Kraków, has leased out 5,600 sqm of space in its part C, which is currently undergoing final stage of the construction work. Now, the commercialisation rate in the second stage of the development reached 95 pct.
