LITHUANIA Real estate company MG Valda has sold its shares in BCU2, the owner of the North Star business center in Vilnius, to the real estate investment fund Prosperus Real Estate Fund I.
Controlled by the sold company, North Star is evaluated at EUR 18.8 mln. Sorainen advised the seller on the transaction. The North Star business centre was put on sale at the beginning of 2014.
Located on Ulonų g. in Vilnius, the North Star business center was opened in 2009. The office complex consists of two seven-storey buildings, one of which features an underground car park with 310 spaces. The leasable area is 10,427 sqm of office space.
