Adgar finds new tenant for Służewiec building
POLAND Adgar Plaza A, an office building located on ul. Postępu in Warsaw, is now fully leased. Its owner has found a new tenant, Geodis, which will take up 700 sqm of space on the 6th floor of the ten-storey building.
Griffin with EUR 200 mln to lend
POLAND Griffin Group has just closed its EUR 200 mln debt fund. The investment group, known for its opportunistic approach towards new purchases and a long record of large developments in Poland, will now be competing with banks by lending money to the real estate borrowers.

CZECH REPUBLIC Total investment volumes in Czech real estate increased by 36 pct y-o-y in the first half of the year to EUR 673 mln, according to CBRE.

POLAND Senatorska Investment, the developer of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage, an office building located at the landmark Castle Square in Warsaw, has introduced some cosmetic changes to the building’s design to make it better harmonized with the historical surroundings.

Sports Direct to open in enlarged Wrocław mall
