POLAND In its last financial year, Goodman Group has seen a 10 pct boost in operating profit worldwide, to EUR 414 mln, while its total assets under management hit EUR 18.4 bln, up 14 pct y-o-y.
POLAND Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has signed a PLN 45 mln deal to extend and redevelop a Solaris bus plant in Bolechów-Osiedle in Wielkopolskie Province, the companies announced.

POLAND Czarna Góra Apartamenty has decided to build a condo hotel near its existing Czarna Góra resort in Sienna near Stronie Śląskie in Poland’s Lower Silesian Province. Located next to the six luxury apartment buildings, the four storey condo hotel is set to house 142 apartments.

POLAND Inpro has signed a loan contract with the PKO BP bank for partial financing of the net costs related to the construction of B building at the Chmielna Park estate on ul. Chmielna and ul. Toruńska on the Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk.

POLAND The newly-built Sonata Park retail park in Sochaczew has acquired new tenants. The investor, Carrefour Polska, has signed a contract with Smyk (542 sqm), Empik (351 sqm) and Drogeria Natura (184 sqm).
POLAND A 1,000 sqm GoSport store will open in the Plaza Poznań shopping centre. The outlet will be 26th Polish location of the French sports fashion and equipment retail chain.
POLAND TJX Europe, the owner of the TK Maxx discount fashion chain, has leased 2,860 sqm of space in the extended part of the Bielany retail park in Wrocław, owned by Inter IKEA Centre Group Poland.
Lately, Wienerberger, the world’s largest brick manufacturer, has seen its CEE businesses growing rather sluggishly, as it expects to earn EUR 100 mln by the end of 2016, including EUR 10 mln this year.
ROMANIA Telecommunications provider Romtelecom has put up for sale its ten Romanian properties. Located in Bucharest and a few smaller cities, they were valued at EUR 3.6 mln net in total, according to the local news agency Mediafax.

POLAND PointPark Properties (P3) has started work on a complete build-to-suit “fit-out” of its 11,130 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse at PointPark Mszczonów near Warsaw to allow its tenant, FM Logistic, to store and distribute fresh food. The general contractor is Japanese construction company, Kajima Poland.
