ROMANIA New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) has completed the acquisition of Promenada Mall, a 40,300 sqm Bucharest shopping mall owned by RE Project Development SRL and Manierita Limited, for EUR 148 mln.
Porr to build Bałtyk
POLAND Porr has been awarded a contract by Garvest to be the general contractor for its Bałtyk office building development in Poznań. The construction works is scheduled to start in mid-November, with the preparation work having already started.

POLAND The Inbag retail park in Bartoszyce in the Warmian-Masurian Province has opened its doors to customers, attracting app. 10,000 visitors within the first six hours of operations, the facility’s developer, Inbap Closed-End Investment Fund for Non- Public Assets, informed.
