Orco could be liquidated, says Vítek
CEE REGION CPI Group owner Radovan Vítek, the largest shareholder in Orco, has suggested that Orco might have to be liquidated due to what he claims are golden handshake provisions in the case of a takeover of the insolvent developer – according to Czech press agency ČTK.
Less money from ‘Apartment for the Young’ programme
POLAND The 15 pct funding for property purchased under the ‘Apartments for the Young’ programme could in effect come to less than 12 pct of the price and for flats with larger areas as little as 7 pct, according to Home Broker.
