POLAND Central Park Ursynów 1, a subsidiary of Warsaw stock exchange-listed company Marvipol, has appointed Warbud to be the general contractor for the first stage of the Central Park Ursynów estate in Warsaw.
CZECH REPUBLIC CTP and Helaba have recently concluded a loan agreement totalling EUR 54 mln for the refinancing of an existing portfolio of seven buildings in the CTPark Network in Brno, Ostrava, Jihlava and Prague.
