Instal Kraków starts building in Kraków

POLAND Instal Kraków has chosen Krakbau to construct an apartment building on ul. Przewóz in Kraków in a contract worth almost PLN 16 mln net. Eventually 106 apartments are planned, with spaces for 57 vehicles in an underground car park.

Little new warehouse space and no vacancies

RUSSIA New completions of warehouse space in Q4 in the Moscow region reached 124,000 sqm – a 40 pct y-o-y decrease on the previous year, while vacancy rates have subsequently fallen to 0.65 pct, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.

WORLD Fashion retailer H&M Group has announced its results for 2012. The group saw sales increase by 10 pct to around SEK 120.8 bln (app. EUR 14 bln), while gross profit came in at SEK 71.8 bln corresponding to a gross margin of 59.5 pct.
