POLAND Construction company Erbud has been appointed general contractor of an office building on ul. Puławska in Warsaw.

POLAND The extension work on the Ferio shopping centre in Stare Miasto near Konin has begun. The centre, which belongs to Rockspring Property Investment Managers, is to increase in size by 2,500 sqm to a leasable area of 16,000 sqm.
