RUSSIA Two companies have recently bought office space in the Nagatino i-Land business park in Moscow. Transport company RailTransHolding has bought 2,454 sqm on the 11th and the 12th floors of the Newton business centre (total area 36,064 sqm), while Navigator, specialising in lighting products, acquired a 1,597 sqm office on the 13th floor of the Lobachevskiy business centre (33,381 sqm).
CE REGION Investment activity in the core Central European markets of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania accelerated significantly in Q3 with around EUR 1.5 bln invested, compared with EUR 630 mln in the previous quarter, according to research by Cushman & Wakefield.
