POLAND The court has dismissed proceedings calling for the bankruptcy of Europejski Fundusz Hipoteczny, because Akura, which had filed for the liquidation of the company’s assets, and the management board , which had filed for the court to grant the company a bankruptcy open to arrangements, both withdrew their petitions.
