POLAND The UBS Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaft fund has finished the modernisation of two Warsaw office buildings: Chmielna 134 Business Office Center, which offers 14,000 sqm of office space, and Koszykowa 54 with app. 10,000 sqm of offices and 750 sqm of retail space.

Luxury segment records increase
