Meridian listing postponed
POLAND Dutch real estate investment trust (REIT) Meridian Properties has chosen to postpone its forthcoming listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange until market conditions improve (some time after the summer).
USD 230 mln financing for CSKA stadium
RUSSIA A consortium of banks including Vnesheconombank, Bank of America, Sumitomo Mitsui Finance Dublin, and CJSC Sumitomo Mitsui Rus will finance the construction of CSKA Moscow stadium with a five-year credit line of USD 230 mln (EUR 176 mln).

POLAND A section of the S17 road, which will eventually stretch between Warsaw and Lublin, has been opened. The 24 km section, which connects Kurów Zachód and Jastków, was built by Mota-Engil Polska Central Europe, which began construction in March 2011.
