Prologis publishes Q3 results
CEE REGION Prologis has released its results for Q3 2013, during which the company leased 272,000 sqm – app. 10 pct more than in Q2.
Two lease renewals for GTC
POLAND Globe Trade Centre has announced two lease renewals in the Nothus building in Okęcie Business Park in Warsaw Electricity distributor Eaton Power Quality is to stay in 1,200 sqm of office space, while automotive manufacturer Mitsubishi has renewed its lease of 1,000 sqm.
Europe’s tallest building topped out
RUSSIA The 338m Mercury City Tower office building has been topped out, replacing The Shard in London as the tallest building in Europe.

Vantage chooses Maćków studio
POLAND The competition for the design of Promenady Zita, the second office building in the Promenady Wrocławskie project, which is being developed by Vantage Development, has been won by a team led by Zbigniew Maćków of the Wrocław-based Maćków Pracownia Projektowa architectural studio, which defeated six other entrants.

GTC sells off malls
ROMANIA Globe Trade Centre has entered into an agreement to sell three shopping centres in Buzău, Piatra Neamț and Suceava, which have been valued at between EUR 6-7 mln.
