Rank Progress plans to start four new projects in 2013
POLAND Rank Progress has recorded a net profit of over PLN 36 mln for Q3 2012. At the end of the period the company’s total debt was down by 2 pct y-o-y and came to 47.7 pct, while the company’s short-term liabilities dropped by 66 pct from PLN 111.8 mln to PLN 38 mln.

J.W. Construction plans next projects
POLAND J.W. Construction generated revenues of PLN 211.4 mln in the first three quarters of the year, as well as an operating profit of PLN 41.5 mln and a net profit of PLN 2.5 mln.
Profits up for Inpro
POLAND TriCity-based developer Inpro generated app. PLN 66 mln in consolidated revenue from January until the end of September, representing a 22 pct y-o-y rise.
Erbud posts Q3 results
POLAND In Q3 Grupa Erbud experienced a 15 pct y-o-y decline in revenue to PLN 262.4 mln.
Robyg sees massive growth
POLAND Developer Robyg has recorded a revenue of app. PLN 319 mln for the first three quarters of 2012, a 263 pct rise on the same period of 2011.
