Hilton Garden Inn opens in Millenium Hall
POLAND The Hilton Garden Inn hotel has opened as part of the Millenium Hall shopping complex in Rzeszów. In August earlier this year the franchise deal and the right to use the Hilton Garden Inn name and logo was secured – the first of this chain in the Podkarpackie region.

Bankruptcy for Eurosmart
ROMANIA Eurosmart Investment, the developer of 50 luxury apartments on strada Strada Mihai Eminescu in Bucharest, has filed for bankruptcy and been declared insolvent by a Bucharest court, according to local media.

Work on Adventure World Warsaw begins
POLAND Imtech Polska, the general contractor for Adventure Park Warsaw, has entered the development site. The preparation and excavation work has started on the project, the investor behind which is Adventure World Warsaw Parks&Resort.
Cocor faces foreclosure
ROMANIA BCR plans to foreclose on Cocor and put the Cocor shopping centre in Bucharest up for auction on November the 16th for a starting price of RON 134.9 mln (app. EUR 30 mln).

AmRest increases European sales
EUROPE The AmRest group, which manages KFC, Pizza Hut and Burger King restaurants as well as the Starbucks cafe chain, posted sales of PLN 464.3 mln for Q3 for its Central European and Russian divisions.
