Polska Warehouse for GTV topped out
Structural work on a warehouse facility for GTV has been completed at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The topping out ceremony was attended by representatives of MLP Group, the tenant, Pekabex as the general contractor, and subcontractors. The 32,000 sqm facility is scheduled for completion and occupancy in April this year.

Poland Wrocław Campus changes hands
Panattoni has sold its Wroclaw Campus warehousing project to P3 Logistic Parks for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is Prague-based P3’s fifth acquisition in Poland.

Poland Glazing added to Panattoni Park West III
Panattoni is launching the development of its latest park in the western part of the Kraków region - Panattoni Park Kraków West III. A double-glazing components producer is to take up a 9,400 sqm BTS building, which the developer is to deliver in Q3 of this year.

CEE REGION Nepi Rockcastle breaks own record
Nepi Rockcastle has reported a record net operating income of EUR 405 mln in its 2022 full-year results - up 17 pct from 2021 and driven by strong tenant turnover and base rental growth. This performance was achieved against a challenging economic background, marked by high inflation, rising interest rates and the energy crisis triggered by the war in Ukraine.

CA Immo is embarking on the modernisation of the Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw. The entire renovation is expected to be completed in 2024, and a showroom will open in the building as early as March to help demonstrate the building's space development options.

According to Axi Immo’s summary of the office market activity, 2022 was a good, strong year on Polish market. After a downturn, it was time for a long-awaited boom in demand. Companies have adapted to new working conditions and encourage employees to return to their offices. On the other hand, we will see lower development activity in both Warsaw and regional office markets in the coming quarters, which should last until 2024.

Romania Equilibrium 1 fully leased
SMS Metallurgy Romania has signed a lease for office space in the Equilibrium 1 building in Bucharest, securing 100 pct occupancy. The company will start its operations in the facility in July 2023.

According to the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox Office Market Regional Cities report, the modern office stock should reach approx. 1.3 mln sqm in the next 5 years. Developers announced the construction of more than 275,000 sqm of new office projects in the major regional cities – Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Brasov.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has leased its existing property in Karlsfeld (district of Dachau) near Munich to a well-known logistics service provider. The company will use the space mainly for storing files and other documents.

Poland Electronics for industry produced in Warsaw
Panattoni has completed the development of almost 40,000 sqm as part of its City Logistics Warsaw IV project in Annopol. Half of the space is to be taken up in July this year by Trumpf Huettinger. The production plant is to serve markets that include the US, Japan, Korea, and China.
