Docks Bruxsel in Brussels has received a CO2 neutrality certificate from CO2logic/South Pole. It is the first large shopping centre in Europe to receive this certification.

Czech Republic Mercedes-Benz stylish Prague office
Designers from Colliers, under the supervision of architect Kateřina Štenclova, prepared the concept for the Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Prague. The elegant shapes, luxurious accessories and modern materials are reminiscent of those found in the brand's cars. The company's office is located in the Anděl 17 building in the Prague 5 district.

Poland Real Management sells Pionki plot
Real Management has concluded the sale of a 13.7 ha development site on ul. Wesoła in Pionki near Radom to Family Partners for an undisclosed sum.

POLAND Olivia adds PRS and more offices
Building permits have been issued for an office and a PRS building that will be added to the Olivia Centre mixed-use complex in Gdańsk. This will be the first time a building with a residential function has been developed within the complex.

The REICO ČS Nemovitostní (RČSN) fund has sold the Office Box office building in Bratislava to Slovak telecoms service company Movys for an undisclosed sum.

In 2022, the total stock of warehouse space in Poland will reach 28.3 mln sqm. Axi Immo's data shows that demand remained high, but developer activity declined.

Viega has launched an interactive training centre near its headquarters in Attendorn. Over five floors, Viega World occupies a total of 12,000 sqm of space.

Poland New speculative space from Panattoni
Panattoni is expanding an investment in Lower Silesia - Panattoni Park Wrocław Logistics South Hub. The first phase covered 120,000 sqm of speculative space, all of which was commercialised while still under construction. Under the same formula, the developer will develop another 90,000 sqm, which will be delivered in Q3 of this year.

Talyo Property Services commenced the property management of the 'roomments.apartmenthouse' in Stuttgart. The cooperation started last month and covers commercial and technical property management as well as letting and warranty management of the property completed in 2019.

Poland Shed for students near the Wawel
Shed Living Kraków, a private student residence, is set to open in October this year in Kraków. The chain's first project in Poland has yet to be officially announced, but, as Eurobuild has learned, the dormitory will offer 566 fully equipped rooms for 722 students, as well as a range of amenities and services. The chain is planning further openings.
