Poland Office vacancy dips in Warsaw
Over the first three months of the year, 93,400 sqm of office space was delivered to the Warsaw office market, bringing the city’s total office stock to around 6.24 mln sqm – according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Macquarie Asset Management, on behalf of its Macquarie European Logistics Real Estate Fund, has agreed to acquire for an undisclosed sum a logistics and warehousing facility currently under development near Warsaw from Logistic Property Investment, which is owned by the Żabka Group and managed by the Żabka Property Fund.
