Mennica Polska (The Mint of Poland) has announced that it has reopened negotiations for the sale of Mennica Towers GGH MT – the special purpose vehicle jointly owned by Mennica and Golub GetHouse, which is itself the direct owner of the Mennica Legacy Tower office building in Warsaw.
