POLAND Goodman Group has sold its CEE warehouse portfolio to GLP for EUR 1 bln. The transaction includes properties located in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

EUROPE In 2019, Skanska sold nine office buildings for EUR 545 mln, completed 14 buildings with a total volume of almost 240,000 sqm and leased more than 171,000 sqm in Europe. Currently, the developer has more than 472,000 sqm of office space in 21 buildings under construction.
