The government has announced its Voluntary Acquisition Programme (PDN) for purchasing the land on which the Port Solidarność, airport and transport hub is to be built. Those wishing to sell land within the designated area should apply to public company CPK. Land purchases are expected to continue until 2023.

Spedimex has prolonged its lease for two logistics centres in Tristar Gdańsk and Tristar Poznań, which are both part of Tristan Episo 4 and White Star Real Estate portfolios. The Polish logistics operator occupies over 9,500 sqm in both projects.
