POLAND The Eurobuild Awards – third time lucky
As pandemic and its related restrictions have unfortunately twice forced us to postpone the event, a third date has now been set for the annual Eurobuild Awards 2020. With the gradual lifting of the restrictions and the acceleration of the vaccination programme, we have every confidence that this will be the final time we have to reschedule the ceremony, and so the winners can finally be announced at this most important event for the CEE real estate market.

American multinational conglomerate 3M has leased around 12,300 sqm for its new head office and business service centre in the MidPoint71 office building in Wrocław, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

POLAND Skanska wins PLN 141 mln contract for Beiersdorf Poznań plant
Skanska has been awarded a PLN 141 mln contract by Beiersdorf Manufacturing Poznań to expand and reconstruct a production facility in Poznań, Poland. The contract be included in Skanska’s order bookings for Europe for H2 2021.
