POLAND The total investment volume on the Polish real estate market in Q1 2020 came to almost EUR 1.8 bln, the second highest figure on record for the quarter, according to JLL.

CZECH REPUBLIC Skanska has been awarded a CZK 900 mln [app. EUR 33 mln] contract by The Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic [ŘSD ČR] to construct a new bypass for Karviná, close to the Polish border in the Moravian-Silesian region of the country.
Q1 on the Prague office market
CZECH REPUBLIC A total of 20,800 sqm of office space was completed on the Prague market in the first quarter of 2020, bringing the total modern stock up to 3.67 mln sqm – according to figures released by The Prague Research Forum.
