CTP certifies entire portfolio

Green projects
A total of 292 CTP buildings at around a hundred different locations in six countries have been awarded BREEAM In-Use certificates with ratings of ‘Very Good’ or higher.

Certification of the entire portfolio was a huge challenge – none of our competitors in the region were able to meet it. We are glad that the project has been a success and has shown that our properties are truly energy efficient meeting a number of criteria that have an impact on the environment.
Martin Vaidiš head of design and development at CTPInvest

BREEAM In-Use certification has to be renewed every three years, which represents a significant investment considering the size of CTP’s real estate portfolio. In total, the company plans to invest EUR 1.75 mln in building certification. Arcadis acted as the green advisor on the certification of the portfolio.
