.Ktw II office building, developed by TDJ Estate, has been certified BREEAM at the Excellent level. The document is the final assessment of the investment's environmental impact. The building achieved a score of 80.6 pct.

The investment passed the Post-Construction Stage, with a score of 80.6 pct, thus obtaining the final BREEAM certificate. This is an even higher score than that received at the Design Stage (79.7 pct). The office building achieved the maximum score in the transport and water categories.

The building has delivered 2,100 sqm of retail space and 39,900 sqm of office space to the market. The commercialisation level is more than 60 pct advanced.

Located next to Katowice's legendary Spodek arena, the development was designed as a complex of two buildings connected by a three-level underground garage. The majority of the buildings' space will be used for office functions, supplemented by retail and service facilities, including a canteen, a restaurant, a bank branch, a medical centre, a notary's office and other complementary services. The first office building, .Ktw I, went into operation in June 2018 and the second, .Ktw II, in November 2022.

2022 was a successful year for the property developer CTP. The company, operating in 10 European countries, has successfully managed to deal with the impact of global events on the European market. In 2022, the portfolio area in the Czech Republic was expanded by 300,000 sqm, bringing the total area to 3.8 mln sqm. Rental income increased by 13 pct year-on-year to EUR 230.3 mln. At present, CTP is the largest player in the Czech industrial-logistics property market with a 28 pct share.
