Poland Platinium P180

LEED Core & Shell is an international rating system that addresses, among other things, energy savings and reduction of water consumption, which has the effect of reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The rating is also influenced by the use of recycled, low-carbon materials or access to alternative and public transport.

P180 was the first building in this part of Europe to use low-carbon concrete. The level of carbon dioxide needed to produce it was reduced by around 42 pct. Recycled materials and those from local suppliers were also used in the construction. Inside, FSC-certified timber guaranteeing that it comes from sustainably managed forests was used, as well as low-emission paints, adhesives and sealants. The office building is powered entirely by energy produced by wind turbines. The building features an innovative BMS system.

P180 was completed in autumn 2022. It offers its tenants 32,000 sqm of office space.
