ROMANIA Dunwell Industrial Brokerage has assisted MLP Group in opening a new, 2,500 sqm location in Bucharest for one of the largest banana importers and distributors in Europe, Citronex.

Grzybowska project sold
POLAND Golub GetHouse has sold a 170m tall residential tower with apartments for rent that it plans to build on ul. Grzybowska 59 in Warsaw.

Cushman & Wakefield takes on 1.7 mln sqm
CEE REGION Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Logicor to manage a portfolio totalling more than 1.7 mln square metres of logistics real estate in 47 logistics parks across Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

POLAND The voting has now been completed in all 23 categories of the Eurobuild Awards, after 252 leading representatives of the commercial real estate sector cast their votes.

POLAND The Intive headquarters in Wrocław is the first office building in Poland to use a face scanning system to grant access. The Intive_Eva system, which was programmed in Poland, can recognise individuals based on five photos.
