Goodman sells CEE portfolio for EUR 1 bln
POLAND Goodman Group has sold its CEE warehouse portfolio to GLP for EUR 1 bln. The transaction includes properties located in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

EUROPE In 2019, Skanska sold nine office buildings for EUR 545 mln, completed 14 buildings with a total volume of almost 240,000 sqm and leased more than 171,000 sqm in Europe. Currently, the developer has more than 472,000 sqm of office space in 21 buildings under construction.

Faro moves not so far away
POLAND Faro Tekstylia, a home textiles and HoReCa sector specialist, has leased more than 3,550 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Logicor Kraków in Skawina on the city’s southwestern outskirts.

CEE REGION Poland remained the main target for international capital in the CEE-6 region in 2019, with its investment volume accounting for 55 pct of the total, according to Colliers International.

POLAND In 2019, Wrocław’s office market grew by 147,300 sqm, bringing the city’s total office stock to 1.18 mln sqm, according to the latest Cushman & Wakefield’s report.
