8,000 lease in Iride business park
ROMANIA Telecommunication equipment distributor Rohde&Schwarz Topex has leased 8,000 sqm in the Myhive building 19 in the Iride Business Park in northern Bucharest for its Romanian headquarters.

GSK stays in Adgar Wave
POLAND Pharmaceuticals giant GSK has renewed its lease agreement in the Adgar Wave office building in Warsaw where it occupies more than 4,000 sqm. It has also taken on extra space in the BeYOURSeLF flexible office space section of the building. GSK was advised by JLL.
