Accor to manage tallest hotel in Bucharest
ROMANIA Business Hotels Investment, which is part of the Niro Investment Group, has started the construction of Swissôtel Bucharest, which is to be the city’s tallest hotel on Expozitiei Boulevard.

Papricana remade
POLAND Szczecin city council has signed the contract with a consortium of Doroca and PBG, which won the tender to reconstruct the city stadium and build the Children’s and Youth Training Centre [Centrum Szkolenia Dzieci i Młodzieży]. The costs for the project will amount to PLN 364.4 mln, of which PLN 261.2 mln will be for the construction of the stadium.

ELP Holdco buys all of Panattoni Łódź park
POLAND Dutch company ELP Holdco (Poland) has bought out all the shares in PDC Industrial Center 80, which is building Panattoni Park Łódź East VII in Natolin near Łódź. The companies have signed the final share sale agreement.

WORLD In the first quarter the H&M group’s net sales increased by 10 pct to app. SEK 51 bln (EUR 4.9 bln), compared to SEK 46.2 bln in the first quarter of the 2018 financial year (starting on December 1st). In local currencies, net sales increased by 4 pct.
