POLAND Neptune, a joint venture of Neinver and Nuveen Real Estate, has acquired the Silesia Outlet centre in Gliwice for Poland EUR 31.5 mln, from 6B47. Silesia Outlet opened on 27th March this year and includes 12,000 sqm gla with 60 stores.
M&A moves to Park Avenue
POLAND M&A Capital has signed a lease in the Park Avenue office building in Warsaw and is to move in soon. The deal was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
