Fashion House expands in St Petersburg and Bucharest
RUSSIA/ROMANIA Fashion House Group is developing outlet centres in Bucharest and St Petersburg. The retail chain, which is owned by Liebrecht & Wood has been present in Russia for the last five years since it opened its first Russian centre in Moscow.

Alchemium stone laid
POLAND Budimex has laid the foundation stone for the Alchemium complex which is being constructed for Łódź University of Technology. The centre is to be completed at the end of September 2020 in an investment of PLN 57 mln.

Cavatina lands biggest regional lease

Cometh the Eissmann
CZECH REPUBLIC CPI group is to build and lease a 7,000 sqm production hall to German automotive leather components manufacturer Eissmann in CPI Park Mlýnec, on the D5 (E50) motorway close to the German border.

Rustonka in Korean-Polish hands
CZECH REPUBLIC An investment trust fund established by Korean investor Hana Alternative Asset Management and Polish property manager White Star Real Estate has bought the Rustonka office centre in Prague’s Karlín district from J&T Real Estate for an estimated CZK 4.2 bln (app. EUR 163 mln).

Intermarché and Bricomarché on a roll
POLAND Total turnover of the Intermarché and Bricomarché chains in Poland came to over PLN 1.65 bln in Q1 2019. Over the period, the Intermarché supermarket chain together with its accompanying petrol stations had a turnover PLN 1.2 bln. The chain also opened two stores, in Tarnów.
Going full circle on Cybernetyki
POLAND White Stone is to refurbish two office buildings at ul. Cybernetyki 7 in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The complex will also be given a new name: Hol 7.7. The buildings, which up to now have been called Helion and Luminar, were added to the company’s portfolio in February.
