Antares changes hands
POLAND Futureal Group has acquired the Antares office building on ul. Marynarska in Warsaw. The building is to be modernised and repositioned and Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent.
Real estate worth EUR 10 bln to be built
POLAND The development pipeline of top 30 developers in Poland comes to 230 office, retail, warehouse and hotel projects with an estimated investment cost of EUR 10 bln, accoridng to the ‘Property developers in Poland 2019-2023’ report by Spectis.

CPI raises EUR 2 bln
EUROPE CPI Property Group has issued green bonds with a face value of EUR 750 mln, a yield of 1.625 pct and a maturity date of 23rd April 2027. Over EUR 2 bln of the bonds have been placed.
