POLAND/CZECH REPUBLIC Strabag Property and Facility Services has signed an agreement to acquire 100 pct of shares of Warsaw based Porreal Polska and Prague-based Porreal Česko from Porr Group.
LPP feeling chuffed with results
POLAND LPP group has registered a 15.7 pct increase in sales to PLN 1.8 bln for Q1 this year. This year the company is targeting online sales in excess of PLN 1 bln with a single online store for the entire EU as well for Ukraine and has plans to debut in Finland.

ROMANIA Orbis Hotel Group has signed a 15-year management contract with Traian Sandu the owner of two existing hotels that are to be re-branded into the Mercure Galați Centrum and the Ibis Styles Galați Dunarea.
