PHN plans Wrocław estate
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości is to build a residential estate on ul. Zatorska in Wrocław’s Zakrzów suburb with 389 apartments and a useable area of around 21,000 sqm.
Poles still not thrilled by trade ban

Warsaw Hub reaches highest point
POLAND The structure of the 85m tower A in the Warsaw Hub office and hotel complex, which is being developed by Ghelamco in the city’s Wola business district, has now been completed. Most of the façade of the building has also been covered. Tower B, in the middle of the complex, is to reach its target height of 130m in the next few weeks, while the topping off of building C should take place in the autumn.
