C&W leases Galéria Center
HUNGARY APC Invest has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent of the Galéria Center retail park, which is under construction in Mosonmagyaróvár, a town near the borders of Slovakia and Austria.
Rhenus starts archiving near Warsaw
POLAND Rhenus Data Office has signed a seven-year lease agreement for 3,400 sqm of warehouse space in the Hillwood Janki Sokołów logistics centre. Rhenus was represented in the negotiations by JLL.

Brökelmann to build Opole factory
POLAND Brökelmann is building an aluminium and steel processing plant with 18,500 sqm of warehouse and production space. The completion of construction is planned for the beginning of December this year. The project is being managed and supervised by Axi Immo.

Futureal sells Advance Tower
HUNGARY Futureal Group has sold its Advance Tower building to the Erste Real Estate Fund. The second stage of the same project could also be sold to the fund under a forward purchase agreement.
Panattoni plans Silesian joint venture
POLAND PG Europe from Luxembourg, JRR Investments and Sidus Investments from Poznań are planning to build a logistics centre in Silesia and the companies have submitted an application to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for approval to set up a joint venture.

EIB invests in Poland
POLAND The European Investment Bank has signed an agreement for the third and last tranche of a loan, worth PLN 80. 5 mln with the city of Radom. The framework loan was approved in 2016.
EBRD invests in Eften fund
BALTIC STATES The EBRD is investing EUR 30 mln equity in the Usaldusfond Eften Real Estate Fund 4. The fund is the first in the region to include Green objectives including measures to reduce climate warming as an integraf part of its operations.

Getin to move to Warsaw Hub
POLAND Getin Noble Bank is to move its headquarters to The Warsaw HUB, which is being developed by Ghelamco Poland. The 18,500 sqm lease in building C has a seven-year term and is to commence from the second half of 2020.
