Work starts on Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki
POLAND Panattoni Europe has started construction work on the Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki distribution centre with an area of 70,500 sqm and Rohlig Suus Logistics has already leased 48,500 sqm including 36,000 sqm of high-bay warehousing space, a 10,000 sqm cross docking centre and 2,500 sqm of office space.

Northern Horizon raises EUR 20.5 mln
EUROPE Northern Horizon Capital., the managers of the Baltic Horizon Fund, has raised EUR 20.5 mln in a private placement. The placement, which targetted institutional investors in select European countries, was announced on February 25th and closed on April 11th 2019.

POLAND TDJ Estate has put the construction contract for the second building of the .Ktw complex out to tender. TDJ Estate has prepared a detailed design with architectural studio Medusa Group and .Ktw II is to be a 133m tower with three segments and 31 storeys.

Poles still not thrilled by trade ban

POLAND Farutex, a grocery supplier for hotels and restaurants, has increased the size of its lease from 5,500 sqm to 6,200 sqm in the Segro Business Park Warsaw, Żerań with the agreement also being extended for a further six years.

Warsaw Hub reaches highest point
POLAND The structure of the 85m tower A in the Warsaw Hub office and hotel complex, which is being developed by Ghelamco in the city’s Wola business district, has now been completed. Most of the façade of the building has also been covered. Tower B, in the middle of the complex, is to reach its target height of 130m in the next few weeks, while the topping off of building C should take place in the autumn.
