Ghelamco presents Foksal façades
POLAND Ghelamco is completing the renovation of the 19th century Foksal 13 and 15 tenement buildings and the south side façade has now been completed. Many of the original architectural details have been preserved.

RUSSIA Etalon has announced that it has delivered another building at its Emerald Hills project in the Moscow region with a total net saleable area (nsa) of 64,000 sqm, including a 49,000 sqm residential area.

Trei buys land for two Vendo Parks
POLAND Trei Real Estate has purchased land for the construction of a Vendo retail park in Kobyłka near Warsaw, which is to be completed by the end of the year, and for a Vendo Park in Kutno near Łódź to be delivered in 2020.

POLAND Eurobuild CEE’s 10th Office Market Conference for Poland - Trends & Outlooks took place on May 28th at The Heart in the Warsaw Spire. Are investors still queuing up for assets on the Polish market? According to the first panel of the conference, they certainly are. However, the panellists agreed that the yields for the best office buildings are unlikely to fall to 4 pct.
