POLAND Hi Piotrkowska 155, a mixed-use office and service complex under development in the centre of Łódź, has entered a new phase of construction. The stage is scheduled for completion in Q1 2020. Work has started on the second floor of the office tower, while the top floors of the hotel and a small office building have already been reached.

POLAND M7 Real Estate has announced that it has finalised the acquisition of three office assets in Poland in separate transactions for a total of EUR 45 mln, constituting the first tranche of capital deployed for the M7 Polish Active Fund.
Office demand still strong in Łódź
POLAND Over 56,000 sqm was leased in Łódź in 2018, down by 4 pct y-o-y, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The strong demand for office space in Łódź in the last four years has pushed down the vacancy rate to 8.7 pct.

POLAND A consortium of Alstal Group companies has submitted the lowest bid in a tender for the construction of an aqua park in Szczecin, although the price offered by the contractor (PLN 349.7 mln) is actually higher than the municipal budget allocated to the project.
