Matexi enters Kraków
POLAND Matexi Polska has bought a plot of land on ul. Rogalskiego in Kraków’s Wola Justowska, where it is planning to develop its first residential project in the city with two buildings and around 35 apartments.

Skanska sees the end of the road
POLAND Skanska has sold eleven asphalt plants in Poland, which makes up the majority of its asphalt operations in the country, to Bouygues group subsidiary Colas for about PLN 120 mln.

Budimex makes space for Żywiec
POLAND Budimex has started work on its first contract for Danone –rebuilding and expanding the existing production plant for Żywiec Zdrój bottled water and beverages. The contract is worth is PLN 38.25 mln net.

POLAND Vector+, Profbud’s first office project, which is under construction in Warsaw’s Wola district, has been awarded a BREEAM Interim certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating.

First topping off for Varso
POLAND HB Reavis has topped off the central building of the Varso Place complex in central Warsaw. Most of the space in Varso 1, which has reached its target height of 81m, will be occupied by a Nyx hotel.

Foundation laid for EUR 30 mln Chełm centre
POLAND The foundation stone has been laid for Galeria Chełm, a shopping centre being jointly developed by Equilis and Acteeum Group at the junction of ul. Lubelska and ul. Rejowiecka in Chełm in eastern Poland.
