Work starts on A2 Warsaw Warehouse Park
POLAND Construction work has begun on the A2 Warsaw Warehouse Park, which Panattoni Europe is developing near the town of Grodzisk 500m from the town’s junction with the A2 motorway.

POLAND Zeitgeist Asset Management has bought a 19th century building on ul. Wielopole 2 in Kraków, which is partly occupied by the city’s main post office. The property together with a partialy developed plot on ul. Cystersów was sold to Zeitgeist by Orange.
Record H1 for warehouse deliveries
POLAND Almost 1.1 mln sqm of modern warehouse and industrial space was completed in the first half of 2019, which is the highest volume of new supply on record for the first six months of a year, according to Savills’ “Market in Minutes – Warehouse market in Poland" report.
