Unique Tower to become Royal Tulip residence
POLAND Marvipol Development subsidiary Unique Apartments, has signed a letter of intent with the Louvre Hotels Group (LHG) to lease out apartments in the Unique Tower under development at ul. Grzybowska 51 in Warsaw as a franchise of Royal Tulip Apartments.

More coworking in Centrum Marszałkowska
POLAND Coworking space operator Regus, which is a brand of IWG has increased the size of its lease in the Centrum Marszałkowska building at the junction of ul. Marszałkowska and ul. Świętokrzyska in Warsaw and will take up an extra 1,800 sqm, which will bring the total size of its offices up to 6,000 sqm.
