POLAND The Wronia 31 office building in Warsaw’s Wola district has received the BREEAM certificate at the ‘Outstanding’ level for its post-construction stage. This is Ghelamco’s tenth BREEAM-certified building.

Inditex stronger in Magnolia Park
POLAND Another store of the Inditex clothing chain – Zara Home was established in Wrocław's Magnolia Park. The building also has other brands for this tenant: Pull & Bear, Bershka, Oysho, Stradivarius and Zara.
Marvipol is more active on Motława
POLAND A company from the Marvipol Development group concluded a preliminary purchase contract for a 0.25 ha plot of land in Gdańsk, the purchase cost was PLN 38 mln.

PKO to finance Central European Logistics Hub
POLAND PKO Bank Polski has provided a EUR 61.5 mln loan for the construction of two warehouse buildings with a total of a 145,000 sqm in the Central European Logistics Hub, which is being developed by Panattoni Europe.

Nowe Jeziorki closer
POLAND A consortium of the 22Architects and AMC studio - Andrzej M. Chołdzyński will develop the design documentation for the largest residential estate that will be developed as part of the Apartment Plus programme. The Nowe Jeziorki complex will be built on a 15-hectare plot on the border between Warsaw's Ursynów and Lesznowola.

Hortico to make Ścinawa green
POLAND Hortico signed a contract for the development and renovation of municipal greenery with the authorities of Ścinawa. The gross value of work in the ‘design and build’ formula is PLN 18.43 mln.

ROMANIA The Orbis Hotel Group, AccorHotels’ strategic partner in Eastern Europe, is to continue its expansion in Romania with the opening of Mercure Sibiu Airport.

RUSSIA Finnish residential developer and constructor Yit has sold part of a site it owns in Pushkin, south of St Petersburg, to Russian developer FSK Lider for app. EUR 15 mln.

ESTONIA Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of the Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of the Pikaliiva residential development in Tallinn’s Haabersti district.

POLAND Technological parts producer Flex has prolonged and expanded its lease of warehouse and office space in Logicor Łódź II. The space it occupies in the park has increased from 31,000 sqm to 38,000 sqm. The tenant was advised by Axi Immo for this transaction.
