Eurobuild Awards 2018: almost PLN 163,000 raised for seriously ill children
The guests of the Eurobuild Awards 2018, encouraged by TV personality Szymon Majewski, the ambassador for the Iskierka foundation, turned out to be very generous indeed - kindly donating PLN 163,000, which will go towards improving the lives of children living with cancer and their families.

All the winners of the Eurobuild Awards 2018
A total of 238 jurors cast their votes for the 9th Eurobuild awards. The jury comprised real estate professionals and they chose the companies and people that have had the greatest effect on Polish real estate and construction over 2018. Around 900 people came to the Gala Awards Ceremony held in the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw on December 5th.

Final contractor chosen for Warsaw Metro
POLAND The city of Warsaw city council has signed appointed a consortium of Gülermak Ağir Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt and Astaldi to construct a 2.5 km section of the second metro line, extending it from Wola into the city’s Bemowo district.

Polish-Italian job for Kraków concert hall
POLAND The design has been approved for the Centrum Muzyki concert hall complex in Kraków. The jury, chaired by Ewa Kuryłowicz, chose the proposal prepared by a Polish-Italian team comprising SBS Engineering Group of Krakow and 3TI Progetti Italia – Ingegneria Integrata of Rome, whose entry beat off rival bids from around the world.

POLAND CDRL, the owner of the Coccodrillo store chain, has completed the 9-month construction of a 3,700 sqm warehouse next to its headquarters south of Poznań in Kościan.
