POLAND Polish company OneMeter has invented an electricity meter that transmits data via Bluetooth every 15 minutes, allowing it to be read on a smartphone or uploaded to the cloud.

Panattoni gets hydraulical in Stargard
POLAND Panattoni Europe has started the construction of a 13,000 sqm BTS factory for Hydroline, a Finnish manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. The factory is being built in Stargard, at the High Technologies Industrial Park next to the company’s existing plant.
Kraków and Wrocław dominating the regions
POLAND Kraków and Wrocław account for 201,800 sqm, which is 59 pct of all new office space delivered in 2019 across the eight regional cities covered by the “At a Glance – Regional Office Markets – H2 2018” report drawn up by Paribas Real Estate Poland.

High occupancy for Immofinanz
EUROPE Immofinanz has reported that its occupancy rate for its office and retail portfolio improved to 95.8 pct at the end of 2018, the highest level ever recorded by the company. The occupancy improved by 1.6 pct y-o-y and 6.2 pct over the past two years.

POLAND Coworking space operator Regus, which is a brand of IWG has increased the size of its lease in the Centrum Marszałkowska building at the junction of ul. Marszałkowska and ul. Świętokrzyska in Warsaw and will take up an extra 1,800 sqm, which will bring the total size of its offices up to 6,000 sqm.
