POLAND Co-working space provider Solutions.Rent has leased 3,600 sqm of office space on the first and ground floor of the Ethos building at pl. Trzech Krzyży in Warsaw.
Five warehouses change hands
POLAND White Star Real Estate and the EPISO 4 opportunity fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners have acquired a portfolio of five warehouses in some of the most established logistics locations in Poland from an affiliate of Oz Real Estate for around EUR 86 mln.

2018: A strong year for retail
