PIC buys into EPP
POLAND Public Investment Corporation SOC an entity fully controlled by the government of South Africa has taken a 5.022 pct stake in EPP, one of the largest retail platforms in Poland.

POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has launched a tender for the selection of a general contractor for a 150m skyscraper development at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in central Warsaw.

Lithuanian first for Dekpol
LITHUANIA Dekpol has completed the construction of a 20,000 sqm door and window production plant in Lithuania for UAB DOV Investicija, a subsidiary of Danish manufacturer Dovista – its first project in the country and the first large-scale contract the Polish general contractor has carried out abroad.
Knight Frank starts up retail engine
POLAND Knight Frank has launched twojretail.pl – the first search engine for retail and service units in Poland. Twojretail.pl has been operating since the end of September.
