POLAND CBRE Corporate Outsourcing, part of the CBRE group, has moved its Warsaw offices from two other buildings – Ambassador and Horizon Plaza – to a new office at ul. Domaniewska 30 in Warsaw’s Służewiec district: CBRE House.
Marvipol takes out loan for warehouses
POLAND PDC Industrial Center 82, a joint venture company set up by Marvipol Logistics and Panattoni Europe, has secured a loan agreement with BGŻ BNP Paribas to develop a warehousing project near Warsaw.
