Upwards in Spanish style

The 16m in height glass main hall will comprise ‘Spanish’ steps – designed like the Spanish Steps in Rome. The lobby will have a height of four floors. It will be surrounded by 16 columns that will create arcades from the north and west. The ‘Spanish steps’ are to connect the hall with an external public passageway. The stairs will penetrate the façade, connecting the ground floor with the first floor of the building – within and outside the office building. They will not only have a transport function but they will also include seating and greenery. The Skyliner building was visually divided into two blocks – a 16m in height podium and a tower. The floor spaces located above the podium were designed without intermediate and corner pillars in order to give future tenants the possibility of any arrangement. The construction work on Skyliner's underground floors was completed last year. At present, the ninth of the 44 floors of the building (195 m) is under construction. The assembly of the façade elements in the building's lobby has started. The architectural design was created in the APA Wojciechowski studio. The building will consist of 30 office levels (44,000 sqm) and four floors designated for retail and service purposes (more than 3,000 sqm). Two levels of Skybar are planned at the top – at the height of 165 m. You will be able to enter it using a special lift.
