Poland Procan grows in Prologis Park Błonie
Procan has extended the space it occupies in Prologis Park Błonie to almost 10,000 sqm. Under the new agreement, the company will take up a further 2,300 sqm of warehouse space as well as the 7,600 sqm it currently occupies in the adjacent building.

The Multilingual Education High School is to open in the Metron building in Warsaw's Mokotów district with a lease of 850 sqm, taking up an entire floor in the building.

Poland New warehouse supply down
At the end of Q2 2025, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space in these facilities) reached 36 mln sqm, according to the latest figures from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) with the largest markets being the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (7.19 mln sqm), the Silesia (6.15 mln sqm), and the Dolnośląskie region (5.30 mln sqm).

Germany Silverton signs up Corall Ingenieure
The Silverton Group has leased around 950 sqm of office space at Otto-Hahn-Strasse 10 in Meerbusch, near Düsseldorf, to Corall Ingenieure on a long-term lease.

The Mercure Hotels & Resorts chain has opened its first hotel in Transylvania. The Mercure Alba Iulia has 118 rooms as well as modular meeting spaces.

Small towns in Poland have seen the majority of the new retail space come to the market. According to data from CBRE 599,500 sqm is currently under construction with small towns accounting for more than half of the space.

Luxury and midmarket retailers across EMEA are recalibrating strategies in response to a cooling post-pandemic retail environment, according to Colliers’ latest “EMEA Retail - Retailer performance & response to changing market conditions”. The report highlights a marked slowdown in luxury revenue growth, persistent consumer caution, and operational shifts triggered by evolving trade dynamics and supply chain vulnerabilities.

Czech Republic Prague office prices differentiated by location
While rents for premium offices in the city centre can reach EUR 30 or more per square meter per month, rents on the outskirts of the city remain well below EUR 15. The office real estate market in Prague thus continues to show a trend of differentiation based on location and building quality, with proximity to the metro remaining a key factor influencing both prices and demand, according to Colliers in its latest report.

The value of the hotel and spa services market in Poland increased by 16.7 pct year-on-year in 2024, reaching PLN 7.8 bln. According to KPMG, this trend is consistent with the broader, global recovery of the tourism sector.

Poland Retail market picks up steam
The retail sector in Poland is showing solid growth, according to the latest 'Review: Retail Market in Poland' report published by BNP Paribas RE. More than 94,000 sqm of modern retail space was added to the market over the second quarter of 2025 with over 60 pct delivered in the form of retail parks. The strongest rebound in retail park development activity is being seen in smaller cities, where relatively low market saturation levels continue to support the expansion of this retail format.

The Egelhof Group is to open its first factory in Poland. The modern 14,000 sqm plant is to be built in the B1 Park in Radom, with production to start in Q4 2025.

Poland Pbb lends EUR 40 mln to to Resolution Capital Management
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) has granted an investment loan facility of EUR 40 mln to an office fund to finance the acquisition of two neighbouring office buildings in Warsaw. The financing is also to be used to modernise the buildings and improve their ESG standards.
