Romania CTP and Arcese in major lease agreement
Arcese Group has leased 10,500 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West, the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe. This will be Arcese’s first location in Romania with CTP.

Poland CTPark Iłowa awarded BREEAM Excellent
The ILL5 building constructed as part of the CTPark Iłowa complex has been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction certificate at the Excellent level. The building, with an area of almost 115,000 sqm, received a rating of 77.26 pct.

Poland Panattoni grows in Ruda Śląska
The work has been launched on the third building of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II. The centre will be fully occupied by Konimpex, a Polish company involved in the trade, logistics and distribution of chemical and industrial raw materials.

Poland Baker McKenzie moves into Varso Tower
HB Reavis has signed a 10-year lease agreement with international law firm Baker McKenzie Poland. The firm will move its Polish headquarters to the Varso Tower building, where it will occupy circa 4,400 sqm of space.

CEE Colliers’ predictions for 2024
The CEE-6 is poised for a significant GDP growth rate surge, tripling from below 1 pct last year to around 2.5 pct, retail parks continue to be a central focus driving market growth, the slowdown in deliveries of new offices will aid in filling vacant spaces, especially in modern/ESG-compliant offices – these are some of the predictions for the CEE-6 in 2024 just revealed by Colliers.

According to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, the development activity in the Romanian retail market remains animated. Close to 215,000 sqm of retail spaces were delivered in 2023, the highest level during the last seven years.

Poland Capital Park goes green
Capital Park Group has started to power its investment projects exclusively with energy from renewable sources. As of 1 January 2024, Norblin Factory, Royal Wilanów and two Vis à Vis street malls use 100 pct green energy. The total area of all projects powered by RES is more than 110,000 sqm.
