Poland Imagine office complex welcomes a new tenant
The Polish branch of one of the leaders in the aviation industry will move to the Łódź office building Imagine, developed by Avestus Real Estate. The company has leased over 1,600 sqm of space on the fourth floor of Building A.

The MDC2 Park Gdańsk East warehouse and industrial complex is set to be constructed in Koszwały, near Gdańsk. The project's first phase will feature a single building with a total area of 84,000 sqm.

The Irish Embassy in Poland will remain in its current location in the Liberty Corner building in the centre of Warsaw for the next ten years. The diplomatic post has been based in the office building at ul. Mysia 5 since 2004.

Poland Arla Foods gets to the point
Arla Global Shared Services – Arla GSS will move its local headquarters to the Punkt office building under construction in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz. The company has leased nearly 10,000 sqm of space, to which it will move in early 2026.

Romania Large lease extended at MLP Bucharest West
A large distribution network operating in the Romanian market has extended its lease of 10,400 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. According to the agreement, it will additionally receive modern office space of 330 sqm for use.

Poland Indotek sells Bokserska Office Center
Indotek Group has sold the Bokserska Office Center in Warsaw. The buyer is Enter Air, Polish charter airline, which intends to relocate its headquarters to the property.

Europe Mövenpick opens in Poland and beyond
Mövenpick has made its debut in Poland with the opening of two hotels – Mövenpick Grand Hotel Wrocław and Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karpacz. The brand has plans for further expansion in Europe.

CEE Mitiska REIM secures €50 mln co-investment from EBRD
Mitiska REIM, specialist investor in European convenience real estate, has announced it has secured a EUR 50 mln co-investment alongside the MEREP 3 value-add fund from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Along with other investments, this brings the total funds raised so far by MEREP 3 to EUR 290 mln.

Jacobs Douwe Egberts has extended its lease in the Warsaw office building from the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. The company will continue leasing nearly 1,300 sqm of space within Diuna complex.

Poland Panattoni begins development at Wrocław Campus 2
Panattoni has started speculative construction of the next phase of the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. By June 2025, ca. 30,000 sqm will be delivered – part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 sqm, with the entire project totaling 160,000 sqm.

Logicor has signed a lease extension agreement with Huhtamaki Foodservice. The company occupies 34,600 sqm of warehouse and 2,700 sqm of office space in the entire No. 1 building in Czeladź.

Czech Republic Record-breaking year for the Czech market
According to a survey by Cushman & Wakefield, which has been tracking new entries for 11 years, 47 brands entered the Czech market in 2024. This is the highest number of brands to enter the Czech market, compared to 40 brands in 2023.
