POLAND Real estate asset manager M&A Capital has acquired the Warsaw Crown Square office building near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw’s Wola district from Invesco Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.

POLAND A total of 1.8 mln sqm of office space is currently under construction in Poland, of which 1.1 mln sqm is being developed outside Warsaw, according to a JLL report summarising the office market in H1 2018.
